Office Hours and Appointments

Counseling services are provided Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This schedule may change due to holidays and professional meetings. Some weekday evening or early morning appointments are available.

Call 919-349-2146 for an appointment. I use a confidential voice-mail system to receive messages and will check messages frequently during the day.

If you have an urgent situation contact Holly Hill RESPOND at 919-250-7000 for assistance, call 911, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

A $50.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments unless there are extenuating circumstances or you called to cancel 24 hours in advance. In the event that I need to reschedule, I will call 24 hours in advance, except in a case of emergency in which case I will leave a message in my voice mail.

Insurance and Payment Information

I am an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Cigna (for plans with PPO as Magellan)
• Magellan
• United Behavioral Health
• UnitedHealthcare (for plans with PPO as United Behavioral Health)
• Value Options

I can provide out-of-network services with many other insurance companies.

Payment or co-payment is expected for each session unless you have insurance coverage such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that requires another arrangement. In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, I may be willing to negotiate a fee adjustment or payment plan.
